Onboarding

We schedule a 30-minute setup call to define your brand identity: logo, colors, fonts, the types of procedures you perform, and how you want your content to look. We configure everything in BASTUDIO before your first case goes live.

You send us the material

After each session, send us the raw before and after photos. You choose the delivery method that works best for you: a secure upload link we provide, Google Drive, Dropbox, or WhatsApp. We accept JPG, HEIC, PNG, and RAW formats. No editing needed on your end — just send them as they come off the camera.

We produce the content

Within 48 business hours, we organize the case, produce the transformation video, compose the photo post, and publish everything to your BASTUDIO gallery. All content is created using your approved template — consistent every time.

Content is ready to use

Finished videos and photos are delivered directly to you via the same channel you prefer. Your website gallery updates automatically. You can share content immediately — or let us handle posting if you add our social media posting add-on.

Common questions

How many cases are included per month?
The $499/mo plan covers up to 20 cases per month — each case includes one before/after video and one photo composition. Additional cases can be added for $15 each. Most practices find 20 per month more than sufficient.
How long does turnaround take?
Standard turnaround is 48 business hours from the moment we receive the material. For time-sensitive cases (e.g., same-day social posts), we offer priority processing — let your account manager know in advance.
What quality do photos need to be?
Any smartphone camera from the last 3 years is more than sufficient. We recommend consistent lighting and a neutral background — we'll walk you through a simple setup during onboarding. You do not need a professional camera.
Can I request changes to the style or branding?
Yes. During onboarding we lock in your brand template. Any time you want to update the look — new logo, different font, updated color palette — just notify your account manager and we'll apply the changes within 2 business days.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract. The plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice before the next billing date. There are no setup fees or exit penalties.
Do you post to social media on our behalf?
Content delivery to your device is included by default — you post it yourself. If you'd like us to publish directly to your Instagram or TikTok account, ask about our social posting add-on when you get in touch.
