How do I create an account?
Download the app or visit our web app, register with your email, verify your email address, and start documenting cases.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! BASTUDIO has a permanent Free plan — no credit card required. Free users get 1 video export per month with a BASTUDIO watermark. All editing features and transitions are available on every plan.
What do I get on the Free plan?
Free plan includes unlimited case storage, all editing and transition effects, and 1 video export per calendar month with a watermark. Upgrade to a paid plan for more monthly exports and watermark-free output.
Features & Usage
How do I create a Before & After video?
Open any case, go to Video Studio, select your before/after images, choose a transition style, add labels and branding, then render your video in 1080p.
What video formats are supported?
All videos are rendered in 9:16 format (1080x1920) optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts at 1080p quality.
Can I capture images from multiple angles?
Yes! The app supports front, 45-degree, and profile angle captures for comprehensive documentation.
How many transition styles are available?
8 professional transitions: pan, light, zoom, dip to black, dip to white, wipe, cross dissolve, and morph.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
All data is stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with user-isolated storage. Images are organized within your account.
What about data privacy?
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals before capturing and sharing any images or videos. Please review our Terms of Service for details.
Who can see my images?
Only you have access to your cases and images. Data is stored in user-specific paths and requires authentication to access.
Billing & Subscription
How much does the subscription cost?
Free plan is always free. Paid plans: Single $49/month (10 exports), Pro $149/month (unlimited exports), Agency $249/month (unlimited exports + multi-gallery). All plans include access to every editing feature and transition.
How do I pay?
Mobile users pay through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) via in-app purchase. Web users pay via secure Stripe payment processing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. On mobile, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. On web, contact our support team.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains stored and accessible. You can still view your existing cases and images, but creating new videos requires an active subscription.
