How do I create an account?
Download the app or visit our web app, register with your email, verify your email address, and start documenting cases.

Yes! You get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens after my free trial?
After the trial, you can subscribe monthly or annually to continue using all features. You can still view your existing cases.
Features & Usage
How do I create a Before & After video?
Open any case, go to Video Studio, select your before/after images, choose a transition style, add labels and branding, then render your video in 1080p.
What video formats are supported?
All videos are rendered in 9:16 format (1080x1920) optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts at 1080p quality.
Can I capture images from multiple angles?
Yes! The app supports front, 45-degree, and profile angle captures for comprehensive documentation.
How many transition styles are available?
8 professional transitions: pan, light, zoom, dip to black, dip to white, wipe, cross dissolve, and morph.
Privacy & Security
Is my patient data secure?
All data is stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with doctor-isolated folders. Images are organized by patient name within your account.
Is BASTUDIO HIPAA compliant?
BASTUDIO is NOT HIPAA compliant. As a medical professional, you are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent before capturing and sharing any images or videos. Please review our Terms of Service for details.
Who can see my patient images?
Only you have access to your cases and images. Data is stored in doctor-specific folders and requires authentication to access.
Mobile users pay through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) via in-app purchase. Web users pay via secure Stripe payment processing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. On mobile, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. On web, contact our support team.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains stored and accessible. You can still view your existing cases and images, but creating new videos requires an active subscription.
